Construction Management

Construction Management is a necessary function for carrying out a design project. Geisler Construction has the diverse experience necessary to manage all phases of construction.  Two types of Construction Management and their features are:

Agency:

  • Owner’s direct representative overseeing all aspects of construction
  • Provide preconstruction services, site services, and general Construction Management
  • Develop project schedule
  • Manage contractors to function within the schedule boundaries
  • Provide project estimates
  • Sub contracts  are held by the Owner with Geisler Construction acting as third-party manager
  • Will not self-perform any construction scope

Constructor:

  • Owner’s direct representative overseeing all aspects of construction
  • Provide preconstruction services, site services, and general Construction Management
  • Develop project schedule
  • Manage contractors to function within the schedule boundaries
  • Provide project estimates
  • Sub contracts  are held by Geisler Construction
  • Will self-perform any construction scope in the best interest of the customer
